Routine -- Exciting Week

Sorry it's been so long.  Hopefully you can enjoy the blog with a morning cup of coffee.  You can think of Summer in the wee hours as it will be her time to be "on call".

Grandma is in charge now until 2 am when I go to it; until 5 am when Ms. Summer picks up the slack.  That's the plan so far, and we're trying to get into the routine.  For now one of us can handle both Asher and Skyler in the evening/morning hours.  It's a chore, but doable.  It's been an interesting week trying to get a handle on how all of this is going to work.

Ryder is still in the hospital because he is having some heart rate drops here and there.  Tomorrow he goes in for a test to determine if he has reflux.  That may explain the drops.  They won't let him come home until he starts behaving a little better.  We hope that is soon, as it is nice having them home.

Grant Aunt Patty left yesterday and it was a real treat to have her here.  She taught us a lot and for that we are grateful.  She may even have been able to persuade Summer into joining the mini van club.

And tomorrow Grandpa leaves.  It is sad to see everyone leave; maybe Ryder will come home in the first half of the week to make up for it all.  It was great that Patty and Grandpa got to enjoy the two at home.

Even Asher Seems to be Enjoy the Fun in This One:
